Our Promise
At the heart of the Search & Social company is a core of strong ethics. When Jordan Kasteler, David Snyder, and Loren Baker came together to create Search & Social they all agreed that business owners deserved a higher level of client service. They had seen too many ignorant people take money for a job that they never truly understood. They realized the importance of educating clients to ensure that they are comfortable and aware through the entire marketing process. That common understanding between founders has resulted in a Search & Social that today, works hard to be fair, up-front, honest, and accommodating with every client.
We walk you through every step of our process. We educate our clients, and provide full-time project managers for every account.
Our Promises to You:
- We will never make promises we cannot keep. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, and we would question anyone that does, as only the search engines can control rankings. As marketers we view everything on a return on investment basis; that is where we make our goals.
- We will return every communication from you within the first twenty-four hours. Sounds like common sense, but many agencies are so lost in terms of client relations that customer emails get lost in the shuffle.
- We only use ethical marketing tactics on our clients' websites. Some Internet marketing methods and strategies, especially in terms of search, can cause more harm than good. Having an unethical marketer handle your website inappropriately can get you banned, and cost you valuable dollars. Search & Social understands the terms of use and webmasters guidelines setup by the various Internet properties and search engines we will use to make your company money. Once again our job is to get you a return on your marketing dollar, not waste it.
- Every project will be planned and managed by David Snyder, Loren Baker, and Jordan Kasteler. This makes the work performed by Search and Social, LLC the best value in the search marketing industry. It also means you have three of the brightest minds in search and social media involved with your account from beginning to end.
- We will bring you the best services and products, even if it means we see less of a return on our end. Our business is setup on the concept of client retention. You do not retain clients by overcharging for services, and providing sub-par services. We believe in making our products and services the best in the industry.
- We have devised and follow our own set of SEO Standards. These standards have been formed from our knowledge of what is seen as unethical by both search engines and searchers themselves.
We hope that you will consider the ethics of your Internet marketer as carefully as you consider the prices they offer. In the end, the way that your account is handled will affect your ROI and revenue as much as the price of the services themselves.
